Age and Weight Guidelines: The Lerraé Sling Carrier is designed for children weighing between 5 kg and 25 kg (approximately 6 months to 5 years of age). Child Safety Is Your Responsibility: The Lerraé Sling Carrier is a carrying aid — it is designed to assist you in supporting your child, not to replace the use of your hands or active supervision. These rights exist in addition to, and are not affected by, any voluntary return policy or guarantee offered by Lerraé. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract of sale, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law.
Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by contacting lerrae@lerrae.com within this 14-day period. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
All Sales Are Final — Partial Refund Policy: Outside of your statutory rights described above, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you may contact us at lerrae@lerrae.com and we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund. In such cases, you will keep the product and no return of goods is required. The amount of any partial refund will be determined by Lerraé on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including your right to a full remedy where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract of sale.
Product Safety and Compliance: Lerraé products are designed in accordance with applicable European product safety standards, including the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC).
